  1. The issue covered was very important and behind the eyes topic not everyone is able to recognize the facts behind this concept. The major missing thing is this topic is the explanation for the request without that it is not complete.

  3. I think its interesting how the issue you're requesting is very specific (mailbox break incidents in Guildford), and I think that can either make your findings more interesting or nothing will turn up. Since there's no explanation, we don't know fi that Guildford area has a large number of mailbox break incidents, which would make the findings interesting, or if you chose to limit it to that area. Also, your request should have been sent as an ATI(P) request, to the RCMP with the detachment (Surrey-Guildford) listed. Overall, a great request!

  4. I think that it is great that you specified that the documents are requested to be delivered in electronic form, though I do believe that with the way your request is phrased you might not receive the documents that you are looking for. One suggestion I would make to fix this would be to request incident reports for the break ins directly, rather than the number of incidents. This way you would get the same data (you could figure out how many instances there are) as well as more information about maybe why the mailboxes have been broken into.

  5. It is simple, concise, and gives a precise time span for the information you are requesting. The recipient will easily understand what you are requesting because it is simple and straightforward. and for improvement a brief justification of the significance of the requested information for you and/or the general public can help to show the interests of the public in the request and possibly speed up the response time.
