    Hi,

    You seem to be missing out on a lot of the requirements for the assignment. You are missing an explanation and the links to the contact information for the organization/person you are requesting from. Additionally, the post is heavily lacking formatting, structuring, and editing.

    I did enjoy and appreciate the concise request itself, it was straight to the point and easy to read. However, a year of reported mailbox break in incidents is unjustified, and a blank figure with no comparison to past years.
